ICOR Multi-Level Credentialing Program


Certification Level ICOR Multi-Level Credentialing
CORM Image It is a 3 day course covering Clusters 1, 2, 3 which includes 15 competencies.
Requires you to have a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
CORP Image It is an additional 1 day class covering Cluster 4 which includes 5 additional competencies.
Requires you to have a CORM and a Bachelor's Degree(Blended training option also available)
CORE Image It is an additional 1 day course covering Cluster 5 which includes 5 additional competencies.
Requires you to have a CORM, CORP and a Bachelor's Degree(Blended training option also available)

ICOR’s Multi-level Credentialing Program identifies what it takes to be a successful OR professional—across the performance continuum, around the globe, and across all career levels, job roles, and job functions. The ICOR Credentialing Program:

Define the competencies and knowledge necessary for effective practice as an OR professional Supports OR practitioners in their career and professional development Helps organizations build approaches to identify and cultivate high quality OR leaders, individual contributors, and teams

The ICOR Credentialing Program provides organizations with the information they need to hire competent personnel who understand how to build more resilient organizations using a multi-disciplinary approach.

The Value of ICOR Certification

ICOR’s unique certification recognizes the capabilities of those who lead in increasing the resilience of their organization. The ICOR certification program credentials personnel who understand two or more of the disciplines that build a more resilient organization as identified in the ICOR Organizational Resilience Framework or who demonstrate competence in a minimum of 15 OR competency areas as identified in the ICOR Competency Model.

Those who lead or are looking to become leaders in increasing resilience and effectively managing risk. Consultants who help organizations effectively manage risk and support good business practice.
